Aims to:
- Develop effective data tracking and performance analysis systems, which are bespoke to individual Schools/Academies and fully integrated into with their existing MIS Systems.
- Provide curriculum modeling, design and timetabling construction consultancy as required which enables schools to embed innovative projects in line with current pedagogy within their curriculum.
- Raise awareness of the strategic benefits of ICT and New Technologies to support Learning and Teaching and Facilitate Educational/Transformational and ICT visioning within schools establishing an achievable fully integrated Strategy for Change and School Improvement.
- To lead or support Schools/Academies with DFE or similar Returns including Standards Checking, School Census, YPLA Funding, YPLA Bursary
