Curriculum/Staffing Analysis will:
- Provide a curriculum analysis for the current and or future curriculum as required.
- Include a staffing deployment table.
- Demonstrate the affordability of the curriculum by providing staffing cost per period and staffing costs per salary type.
- Cross reference the curriculum offer against the needs of the student population.
Curriculum Development will:
- Evaluate the schools educational vision.
- Review of Learning Spaces and their integration within the curriculum model.
- Demonstrate how the schedule of accommodation and proposed design will meet the need of the curriculum.
- Review the impact of New Technologies, Software and ICT Infrastructure.
- Propose possible curriculum models that may support this vision.
Timetable Construction will include a:
- Project Plan outlining processes and key milestones.
- Curriculum Model for each year group.
- Staffing analysis and deployment table.
- Full timetable completed using Nova- T6
